摘要
经过改制的苏南模式正在走向终结,但是苏南模式作为中国制度创新中的一个典型案例,应该具有经久不衰的研究价值。本文就是试图从制度变迁的新视角来分析苏南模式中的政府行为,并以此检视新制度经济学关于制度变迁中的国家理论,指出其理论本身存在的几大缺陷,继而对建立中国自己的过渡政治学予以展望。
The Su Nan model, though transformed, is now running to the end of its course. However, it will have an everlasting value as a typical case in China's institutional renovation. This paper is an attempt of analyzing government behaviour in the Su Nan model from the perspective of institutional change and, on the basis of it, reviewing the theory of state in institutional change propounded by the New Institutional Economics. By revealing the drawbacks of the latter, this paper tries to envision a Chinese theory of transitional politics.
