摘要
电子文件的诞生,标志着档案工作开始进入新的时期。我们应该对这一新领域进行全面系统研究,借鉴国内外新的观念和经验,尽快适应技术变革和新的发展形势。
The birth of electric documents marks that the archives work starts to a new period. It is necessary for us to overall and systemically learn this new field, borrow lessons from the new theoretic views both at home and abroad and adapt to the new developing situation of technical change as soon as possible.
