作者通过一个国有企业的职代会案例,分析了社会利益组织化结构以及在此基础上形成的现实社会参与特征。本文认为,认识到聚合政治利益的公共领域分割问题,对于理解社会公众的参与行为具有特别意义。与阶级政治不同的是,单位政治的利益冲突在单位之间展开;社会个体通过单位成员的间接身份获得利益分享,在这种情况下,单位利益无论主题和参与范围都是有边界的,甚至在多数情况下是特定的,无法提供给单位之外的其他人员共享。
Based on a case study which samples the staff congress of a state - owned enterprise, this paper analyzes the re - organization of social benefit structure and its impact on social participation. Unlike class politics, unit politics confines benefit conflict to the interior of a unit, thereby delineating its boundary. The benefits of a unit are shared only by the members of that unit, and it is they alone who should work out the proper division of the common benefits.
