摘要
在溶胶凝胶(Sol-Gel)工艺制备PbZr_xTi_(1-x)O_3(PZT)和PbTiO_3(PT)陶瓷中,通过对大量“溶液”体系的红外吸收光谱研究,发现在常温下合成的PZT和PT“溶液”体系没有生成复式金属醇盐,而适当地调节合成温度,则PT“溶液”体系可生成复式醇盐。根据所得实验结果,对Sol—Gel工艺制备PZT和PT体系的合成机理进行了探讨。
It is studied that infrared absorption spectrometry in preparing ferroelectric PZT and PT ceramics by Sol-Gel technique. In the room temperature, the systems of PZT and PT Solution do not form Complex metal alkoxide. If the synthesis tmperature is changed, the systems of PT Solutions can form complex metal alkoxide. On the basis of above results, systhesis rules of PZT and PT systems are discussed in paper.
