TOW NEW SPECIES OF THERIDIID SPIDERS FROM CHINA (ARANEAE: THERIDIID AE )

描述了采自江西省修水县的球蛛科蜘蛛2新种:十点圆腹蛛、异角丘腹蛛。

In this paper two new species of the genera Dipoena and Episinus are described. All types of the new species are deposited in the Laboratory of Pest Natural Enemies, Department of Biology, Hubei University. Measurements are in mm. 1 Dipoena decamaculata sp. nov. (figs. 1-5) Total length of male 1. 78-1. 98,female 1.53-1.90. The present species resembles D. lineatipes Bryant, 1933,but differs from the latter in having hoe -like conductor of male palp and ten distinct black spots on abdomens of both sex. Holotype,allotype, paratypes5 6 ,Xiushui County (29°N, 114°30'E), Jiangxi Province, May-October 1991. 2 Episinus varuacorneus sp. nov. (figs. 6-13) Total length of male 1. 35-1. 53,female 1. 38-1. 55. There is a large variation in the shape and the size of humps on female abdomens. This new species is similar to E. erythrophthalmus Simon,1894,but differs from the latter in having large median apophysis of male palp. Holotype allotype,Baratypes 14 93,collected from the same place as Dipoena deca-maculata, April-October 1991.
