20世纪中叶 ,伴随着世界形势的巨大变化 ,西方史学出现了重要转折 ,一个显著标志就是历史学的多元走向。在当代西方史学的演进中 ,这一趋势直接表现为历史研究领域的扩大、新的史学分支学科的纷纷建立、史学理论的更新和历史研究方法的多样化等等。这是建立在当代历史思维基础上历史科学领域一场深刻的变革 ,对于批判地继承传统史学 ,确立 2 1世纪史学发展新方向具有深远的影响。

In the middle of the 20-th century along with the tremendous changes of the world situation there appeared an important turn in the Western historiography, a notable symbol of it is namely the plural trend. In the evolution of the Western historiography the direct expression of that trend represents the enlargement of the field of the researches in the history, the successive establishment of the subjects of the branches of historiography, the innovation of the theory of historiography and diversification of the research methods of historiography, etc. It is a profound transition of the science of history established on the basis of historic thinking, it has a far-reaching influence on the establishment of the new direction of development of historiography in the 21-th century.
