摘要
从盾叶薯蓣中 ,首先分离出植物纤维和淀粉 ,再从剩余部分提取皂甙元 ,该法与常法相比 ,提高了皂甙元收率 ,节省原料、能源 ,减少了三废排放。
Dioscorea zingibernisis was ground and filtered to separating cellulose initially.Starch was obtained by deposition of filtrate,and then dioscingenin can be extracted.Compared to other processes,this method can increase the yield of dioscingenin,save on raw material and energy,and reduce the emission of waste.
