浅析生烧石灰对电石电耗的影响 被引量:2

摘要 生石灰是制造电石的主要原料之一 ,其质量的好坏不仅影响到成品电石的质量 ,而且对电石电耗的影响也十分明显 ,生石灰中所含的生烧石灰对电耗的影响尤为严重。分析了山西三维集团 2台电炉生烧率和电耗数据 ,发现生烧率每增加 1% ,实际电耗增加值在 15 k Wh/ t~ 30 k Wh/ t,实践表明 ,以 2 0 k Wh/ t~ 30 k Wh/ t比较适合。 Calcium oxide is the main material of calcium carbide producing. The quality of calcium oxide influences not only the quality of calcium carbide product,but also specially calcium carbonate in calcium oxide obviously influences power consumption in production. Through the analysis of the CaCO 3 and CaO ratio and the date of power consumption,we found that the factors influencing power consumption and the different factors are very complicated. The ratio of CaCO 3 and CaO increase 1 %,power consumption increase practically from 15 kWh/t to 30 kWh/t.However,the from 20 kWh/t to 30 kWh/t consumption is more match physically.
