摘要
采用辅助电极法,在设定实验条件下,对绝缘性陶瓷材料Si_3N_4的电火花加工特性进行了实验研究,得出了电火花加工的加工电流、脉冲宽度和脉宽系数与加工速度和加工表面粗糙度之间的关系。
An experimental study is conducted on the characteristics of electric sparking machining of insulating ceramics Si3N4 by using assist electrode method under given experimental conditions. The relations among machining current, pulse width, the pulse width factors, machining speed and surface roughness are obtained.
