摘要 介绍了扬子石化公司炼油厂一套常减压装置扩容改造时,在加热炉中应用新强化燃烧技术的情况。强化燃烧技术通过燃料在燃烧室内的完全燃烧,改善了辐射室内的传热,提高了加热炉炉管的平均热强度,提高了加热炉总热负荷,从而实现了加热炉的扩能要求;而且由于燃烧充分,排烟温度显著下降,热效率提高明显;烟气中有害物质减少,环保、社会效益显著。 The application situation of new strengthened combustion technology on furnace in the extending capacity reconstruction of the first set atmospheric vacuum unit in refinery of Yang zi petrochemical company is recommended. By means of perfect combustion of fuel in chamber, the strengthened combustion technology improved the heat transfer of radiant chamber, increased the mean hot strength of furnace tube, increased the total heat load of furnace, so the requirement of expanding capacity of furnace was realized. And the temperature of effluent flue gas decreased remarkably, the heat efficiency raised remarkably; the harmful substance in the flue gas decreased, the environment protection and social benefit was remarkable.
