摘要
目前采用的分层注水管柱(空心配水管柱)寿命短,作业换封频繁,锚定式注水管柱易卡在井内。经分析,采用支撑式可洗井封隔器、空心配水器、补偿器和安全接头组成的新型注水管柱,可有效解决上述问题。这种新型注水管柱在13口井上进行了试验,施工成功率达100％,平均有效期达256d,最长的已达468d,相应的油井累计增油4270t,降水5783m^3,在一定程度上缓解了层间差异造成的注采矛盾。
In view of the existing separate layer waterflooding string being short-life and apt to stick in the hole, a new string comprised of support type packer, hollow water regulator, compensator and safety joint is developed. The field test shows that the average service life of the new string was extended to 256 days, and it brought about a remarkable increment of oil production rate.
