摘要
针对石油钻机自动送钻系统具有时变、时滞和非线性难以实现准确控制的特点,提出了利用微机对钻机主电动机进行恒钻压给进模糊控制的设计方案。采样时获得的误差和误差变化信号送入模糊控制器,模糊控制器将信号变为模糊量再转化为精确量,加到执行机构对主电动机实施控制。给出了这种自动送钻系统的硬件构成和软件设计程序,并讨论了系统存在的问题及解决方法。
The commonly-used automatic feed driller cannot realize accurate control of the trip of drilling tools owing to its unstability and nonlinearity, therefore it is put forward to carry out fuzzy control on drilling tools feeding under constant weight on bit by means of computers. The signals of the error and the error varying are input into the fuzzy controller, which transforms the signals into fuzzy quantity then to accurate quantity that is added in the executive mechanism to control the electric motor. The hardware and software of this automatic feed driller are presented, and the problems in the driller and solutions are discussed.
