The Countermeasures and Problems in Dealing with Bank's Outstanding Asset

自 1 998年成立以来 ,我国资产管理公司在处置不良资产方面取得了一定成效。但与此同时 ,由于资产管理公司本身定位不明确、相关法律制度的不完善以及资本市场不成熟等因素的存在 ,我国资产管理公司在银行不良资产处置的道路上遇到相当大的困难 ,为使我国不良资产处置工作能顺利进行 。

Since the establishment in 1998, AMC have made progress in their work, at the same time, it still have some difficults in dealing because of some factors, such as uncertain duty and incomplete law system and so on, so we should make effort to find some suggestions to resolve these problems.
