Economic Globalization and Anti-monopoly Law in China

经济全球化促使中国市场进一步融入到世界市场体系之中 ,中国市场的竞争环境及反垄断的法制环境也发生相应改变。我国必须在WTO的法律框架下 ,充分借鉴国际社会的反垄断法规则 ,从开放性、保护性和防范性三个方面采取应对措施 ,维护中国市场的竞争秩序 。

Economic globazation integrates China into the world market system. China’s competitive environment and law against monopoly have changed accordingly. We must take advantage of anti-monopoly laws’accepted by the international community and adopt measures with the WTO framework so as to maintain competition mechanism in the Chinese market and the international competition abilities of the Chinese enterprises.
