网络环境下信息技术的特点赋予了著作权保护新的内涵 ,也给现有的著作权及其保护带来了一系列问题。为了实现对著作权的有效保护 ,要在技术。
It is entrusted many new content as well as new problems to protect copyright under the network surroundings. We should take measures to realize the effective protection of copyright, such as law, technology, institution and so on.
