宋代土地租佃制在官田和私田上广泛适用。在土地租佃制下,占支配地位的地租形态是实物地租,同时,货币地租也有很大的发展。永佃权的转让及"二地主"的出现更加剧了租佃关系的灵活性和复杂性。宋代土地租佃的性质是一种契约关系,佃农的法律地位有了很大提高,但是这种租佃契约关系在当时全国范围内发展极不平衡。

The system of rent out land to tenants was used widely on the lands of state owned and private owned in song dynasty. The form of land rent at dominating position was product land rent and the currency of land rent developed greatly. The phenomena of exchange eternal rent land right and the appearance of 'secondary landlord' made the system of rent out land to tenants more flexible and more complicated.
