摘要
执政党在其执政活动中全面有效地整合、维护与开发执政资源,不仅关系到执政使命能否顺利实现,而且关系到执政党的前途与兴衰存亡。中国共产党在其50多年的执政活动中对此积累了丰富的经验,新世纪要求党要按照"三个代表"的要求,从"三个面向"上去维护、开发、扩充执政资源,以实现中华民族的伟大复兴。
Ruling party integrating, upholding and exploiting the resources of governing, is not only concerned of wether the mission of governing can be finished but also the future of ruling party during the action of governing. The Chinese Communist Party has accumulated a lot of experiences during his 50 years action of governing. New century desires the Party should uphold, exploit and develop the resources of governing in order to realize great revival for Chinese pepole according to the demand of 'Three Represents' from 'three faces'.
