城市化与民族散居化是人类社会发展的两种主要表现形式,这两个方面相互作用,相互促进。文章认为,城市少数民族法律援助制度是我国城市化进程中切实保护城市少数民族的合法权利、实现我国司法公正的一项有效的法律制度。加强城市少数民族法律援助制度的建设是维护城市稳定和繁荣、促进民族团结的一项系统的法律工程。

Urbanization and minority living apart from one another are the two aspects of social development which are interacted and influence each other. It is pointed out that legal aid for urban minority nationalities is effective in safeguarding their legitimate rights and ensuring the fairness of law. Strengthening the system of legal aid for urban minority nationalities will help maintain urban stability and prosperity and promote unity of nationalities.
