摘要
少数民族权利保护问题已经引起世界各国广泛关注,本文通过分析《中华人民共和国刑法》的总则和分则规定,论述了刑法对少数民族权利的整体保护和具体保护。
Any country in the world has paid close attention to the protection of minorities' rights. Through analyzing the stipulations of general provisions and specific provisions, this thesis discusses the whole and concrete protection of minorities' rights.
