反渗透法桶装饮用纯净水生产HACCP体系的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的 ] 在反渗透法桶装饮用纯净水生产中建立危害分析关键控制点 (HACCP)体系。  [方法 ] 参照国际食品法典委员会 (CAC)《HACCP原理及其应用准则》推荐的原理和程序 ,在查阅有关文献资料和收集原水、过程水、成品水、包装材料、人员、环境检测资料的基础上 ,对生产过程进行危害分析 ,建立反渗透法桶装饮用纯净水生产HACCP体系。  [结果 ] 确定活性炭吸附、臭氧消毒、桶内壁碱液加热清洗、桶内壁消毒、桶盖消毒、成品灯检、CIP管路清洗消毒为关键控制点 ,并制定出详细的HACCP计划。  [结论 ] 建立的HACCP体系能有效控制反渗透法桶装饮用纯净水生产过程中的危害 ,各类桶 (瓶 ) Objective To establish the hazard analysis critical control point(HACCP) system for the jugged RO purified drinking water. In reference of the principle and procedure of HACCP system and guideline for its application recommended by CAC,and on the basis of consulting literature, collecting and checking of raw material, semi-manufactured water, packing material, personnel and environment were done to make hazard analysis for establishment of the HACCP system for the jugged RO purified drinking water. By active carbon absorption on filtrate disinfection by ozone, jug cleaning by lye,jug and cover disinfection,product checking under lamp, clean in palce(CIP) were established as critical control indices, and a detailed HACCP plan was made. [Conclusion] The HACCP system established in this research gives reference to all kinds of jugged or bottled drinking water.
