摘要
重点从SO2的生成及脱除的角度,综合叙述了喷钙脱硫炉膛内数值模拟的各阶段模型;将这些子模型相互耦合,综合模拟了喷钙脱硫燃烧过程;分析并讨论了4种不同的喷钙形式对石灰石颗粒的运动轨迹、SO2在炉膛内的分布和炉膛内温度分布的影响。
The numerical simulation models in all moments of eject-calcium desulfurizing furnace are summarized mainly in view of SO2 generation and sulfuration. A integrate eject-calcium desulfurizing model is established coupling with all the models. In the results, the difference of moving trace of limestone particles, SO2 distribution and temperature field distribution under different calcium-ejected modes are analyzed and discussed.
