摘要
从流量检测数学模型、密度检测数学模型、粘度检测数学模型的分析入手,探讨了利用科里奥利质量流量计同时进行管道流体的流量、密度、粘度、浓度等多达14个变量参数的在线连续监测的方法,该方法将为化学工程实现实时优化控制创造有利的条件。
Based upon analysis of mathematical models for flow detecting,density detecting and viscosity detecting this article aimes at searching and creating a method that can simultaneously monitor flow rate,density,viscosity,concentration etc.of fluid in pipeline.It offers a satisfactory mean for process control in petrochemical and chemical industries.
