摘要
文章在分析氯化氢合成炉腐蚀机理的基础上提出了合成炉设计对策 ,包括根据炉体壁温约束条件 ,确定适宜的合成炉气体出口温度和灯头中氯气喷射速度、进水口处炉体防腐及合成炉开车防腐技术方案。经生产检验合成炉设计合理 ,操作稳定 ,使用寿命长。
This paper provides the design strategy of the synthesizer on the basis of analysis of corrosion mechanism of hydrogen chloride synthesizer.The adaptive gas exit temperature and chlorine injection velocity in lamp adapter is determined according to the bondage condition of synthesizer wall temperature.It also provides anticorrosion technology scheme in inlet opening and starting.The practice production has proved that the synthesizer design is reasonable and the operation is stable.
