摘要
选用一种甲基丙烯酸甲酯 -丙烯腈 -丁二烯 -苯乙烯四元共聚物 (BLENDEX 338,简称Blendex)对聚氯乙烯 /有机蒙脱土 (PVC/OMMT )复合材料进行增韧改性。广角X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜研究表明 ,PVC/Blendex/OMMT为插层型结构 ,Blendex不仅不影响PVC对OMMT粒子的插层作用 ,而且Blendex本身也能够对OMMT进行熔融插层。Blendex显著提高了PVC材料的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率 。
A kind of methyl methacrylate-grafted acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (Blendex 338, Blendex) was used to toughen poly (vinyl chloride)/organophilic montmorillonite (PVC/OMMT) composites. Wide angle X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy demonstrated the intercalated structure of the PVC/Blendex/OMMT composites. Blendex did not impair the intercalation of PVC into OMMT layers, instead Blendex itself could intercalate into the OMMT layers. Addition of the Blendex can significantly increase the notched impact strength and elongation at break of the resultant composites. OMMT and Blendex can synergistically improve the mechanical properties of PVC.
