摘要
在内径为 30 0mm的填料塔中 ,以空气 -水为物系 ,研究了塑料孔板波纹填料的结构参数对其流体力学性能的影响。研究结果表明 ,填料层压降ΔP/Z随开孔率、盘高H的增加及倾角 β的减小而降低。通过对实验数据的回归 ,得出了填料层压降ΔP/Z的关联式。
The influence of structural parameters of plastics porous corrugated plate packing on its hydrodynamic performance was investigated in a Φ 300 mm packing tower with air-H 2O system.The results showed that the pressure drop of packing layer ΔP/Z decreased with increasing opening ratio ,unit height of the packing H and decreasing inclination angle β.Through regressing experimental data,the correlative expression of the pressure drop of packing layer ΔP/Z was obtained.The results could be of value to development and design of plastics porous corrugated plate packing.
