摘要
分析了纯放热性发泡剂AC与吸 -放热复合发泡剂DDL 10 5、DDL 10 7的分解特性和发泡特性。通过改变工艺条件和基础配方 ,探讨PVC相对分子质量、发泡剂分解特性、DOP用量、CaCO3用量对人造革发泡倍率、泡孔结构的影响 ,发现DDL 10 5、DDL 10 7、AC三种发泡剂的发泡特性与其分解特性对应 ,选择PVCS 70 0为基料 ,及适量DOP和CaCO3。
Decomposition and blowing characteristic of the exothermic blowing agent AC and endo-exothermic compound blowing agents DDL-105 and DDL-107 were analyzed.Influences of molecular weight of PVC,contents of DOP and CaCO 3 on expansion factor and cell structure of the leather were investigated.It is noted that the foaming capacity of the three foaming agents, DDL-105,DDL-107 and AC,corresponds to their decomposition feature respectively.The expansion factor and cell structure become ideal when the leather is made of PVC S 700 and right contents of DOP and CaCO 3.
