摘要
以端羟基聚丁二烯和甲苯二异氰酸酯等为主要基材 ,以超细Al(OH) 3作为阻燃消烟剂 ,制备了聚氨酯弹性体 ,研究了Al(OH) 3粒度和含量对弹性体的物理力学性能和阻燃性能的影响 ,测试了材料的物理力学性能、可见光的透过率和燃烧性能。结果表明 ,通过改变填料的粒度和含量 ,可以大幅度提高材料的物理力学性能和阻燃消烟性能 ,当粒度 ( 5 0 %填料粒子的粒径 )为 7 12 μm ,含量为 15份时 。
s: Polyurethane elastomer was prepared by hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB),toluene diisocyanate and flame retardant/smoke suppression fillings-Al(OH) 3.The effects of contents and particle size of Al(OH) 3 on the mechanical properties and combustion behavior of the elastomer were studied. Light transmittance behavior,mechanical properties and combustion behavior were tested.Results state that the flame retardant/smoke suppression, mechanical and combustion properties of the elastomer could be increased by decreasing the particle size and increasing the contents of Al(OH) 3. Better flame retardant/smoke suppression and mechanical properties occurred while the content of Al(OH) 3 is 15 phr,and particle size is 7.12 μm.
