利用ANSYS有限元软件对啮合异向锥形双螺杆挤出机中的新型螺杆元件———菠萝型混合元件进行了三维流场的模拟计算 ,对其速度场、压力场、粘度场以及剪切速率、剪切应力进行了分析 ,绘制出更为直观的展开图。同时 。
Three dimensional flow simulation of new pineapple-like components in an intermeshing counter rotating conical twin screw extruder with mixing blocks is performed with a finite element package, ANSYS. Velocity field, pressure field, viscosity field,shear rate and shear stress are analyzed,plotted and compared with those of conventional screw components.
