摘要 采用室内土柱模拟研究粪肥和/或尿素对塿土底土层氮素有效性的影响。结果表明:施用粪肥能够显著增加0—40cm土层中NO_3^-—N和氨基酸—N等主要有效性形态氮量,且在去离子水淋洗下以NO_3^-、氨基酸和氨基醣为主要形态氮向底土层移动;而施用尿素对底土氮素有效性几乎没有作用。因此,粪肥不仅能显著增加耕层有效性氮量,而且能显著增加底土有效性氮量。 Effect of manure and / or urea application on availability of nitrogen in Lou subsoil using soil-columns in lab was studied.It was shown that manure could markedly increase content of available nitrogen such as nitrate-and amino acid-nitrogen in 0~40cm soil horizons, and the main forms of nitrogen such as nitrate, amino acid and amino sugar migrated to the below soil columns under the leaching of deionized water, but effect of urea on availabity of nitrogen in subsoil was little. It was concluded that manure application could greatly increase content of available nitrogen not only in surface soil, but also in subsoil.
