摘要 分析了传统的封闭数控系统的局限性,并结合现场总线的特点和开放式数控系统的要求,提出了基于现场总线的开放式数控系统的结构。由于通信环节响应时间决定了现场总线控制系统的性能,因此详细分析了基于现场总线的数控系统通信环节的时间特性,并给出了系统响应时间测试方法及实验结果,为基于现场总线的数控系统的研究与开发提供了理论依据和实验数据。 The limitations of traditional and close CNC are analyzed firstly, and then the a architecture of fieldbus-based open NC system is presented combining the characteristics of fieldbus and the demands of Open System. For the performances of fieldbus control system is decided by the response time of communication, so the time characteristics of communication of fieldbus-based CNC system are analyzed in focus, and the system response time is tested as well as the test result is given. Thereby the theoretic bases and experimental data are provided for the R&D of fieldbus-based CNC system.
