摘要
物料清单的结构和分解算法的基本问题是在保证系统的维护性基础上,如何解决物料清单操作所带来的系统效率问题,这对于ERP系统的实施与运行的效率有着直接的影响。本文分析了两种常用物料清单构造方法的优缺点,阐述了企业使用多物料清单并行的问题,分析了单物料清单共享的优点,提出一种实用性较强的复合式物料清单构造方法,并通过实例,对复合式物料清单与其他物料清单在ERP系统应用中的效率进行了对比。
One of the basic concerns of Bill of Materials(BOM) is how to satisfy the conflict requirements between the system maintenance and its running efficiency. Regarding to the concern, the importance of the BOM structure and related disassemble arithmetic are addressed in order to ensure ERP system running accurately, smoothly and efficiently. Two common BOM structures are analyzed from the view of maintenance and efficiency. Based on the result of the analysis, a comprehensive BOM structure is presented and through a practical case, its improvement is demonstrated.
