内倾型深覆伴颞下颌关节病的正畸治疗

Orthodontic treatment of incline deepbite with temporomandibular joint disease.

目的:总结正畸治疗内倾型深覆伴颞下颌关节病的效果。方法:对10例内倾型深覆伴颞下颌关节病患者,采用平面导板、直丝弓固定矫治器矫治,并通过临床检查及头影测量分析,评判其效果。结果:10例患者治愈7例,好转3例。头影测量显示:治疗前后代表髁突位置的值平均改变1.49mm,B点位置平均前移3.02mm,经统计学处理,差异有显著性。结论:正畸治疗内倾型深覆伴颞下颌关节病是行之有效的。

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the treatment effect of the incline deepbite with tem-poromandibular joint diseases. Methods: Ten patients of incline deepbite with temporomandibular joint disease were treated by flat bite plate and straight wire appliance. The clinical examination and cephalometric radiographs were used to evaluate the treatment results. Results: 7 patients were healing, and the other 3 patients were improved. The results of the cephalometric radiographs showed that there were average 1.49mm and 3.02mm modification in Pcd -s and B point respectively . Statistical results were significant. Conclusion: The orthodontic treatment was effective to the incline deepbite with temporomandibular joint diseases.
