新生儿感染性肺炎γ干扰素与IgG亚类的关系及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨新生儿感染性肺炎γ干扰素(IFN-γ)与IgG亚类的关系及临床意义。方法:用ELISA法对感染性肺炎患儿血中8型常见病毒及支原体特异性IgM和IFN-γ进行检测,速率散射比浊法测定IgG及其亚类,并进行统计分析。结果:(1)肺炎组111份血清中,特异性IgM检测阳性40份(36.04%);对照组30份血清中,特异性IgM检测均阴性。(2)IgG及其亚类含量在肺炎组与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。IFN-γ含量在肺炎组与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且肺炎各组和对照组的组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)对照组IgG及其亚类与IFN-γ之间无相关关系(P>0.05),病毒及支原体肺炎组的IgG1、IgG3与IFN-γ之间均有相关关系(P<0.05);在细菌性肺炎组的IgG4与IFN-γ之间有相关关系(P<0.05)。在肺炎其余各组的Ig及其亚类与IFN-γ之间均无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:IgG及其亚类在感染性肺炎患儿体内发挥体液免疫应答作用,需要IFN-γ等免疫因子的共同参与和调节。 Objective: To explore the relationship between IFN - 7 and IgG subclasses in neonates with infectious pneumonia and its clinical significance.Methods: 8 typical viral and mycoplasma specific serum IgM and interferon gamma (IFN - y) were measured by ELISA, serum IgG and its subclasses were detected by rate scattered nephelometry in 111 neonates with infectious pneumonia(study group) and 30 neonates without pneumonia(control group) .Results: There was positive specific serum IgM in 40 cases(36.04%) of 111 neonates with infectious pneumonia. 30 infants as control group were negative specific serum IgM.Serum concentration of IgG and its subclasses, IFN - y were no significant difference between study group and control group,among variant types of pneumonia and control group.There was no correlation between serum concentration of IgG, IgG subclasses and that of IFN - y in control group. There was postive correlation between serum concentration of IgG1, IgG3 and that of IFN - γ in control and mycoplasmal pneumonia group. There was postive correlation between serum concertration of IgG4 and that of IFN -γ in bacterial pneumonia group. Conclusion: If IgG and its subclasses plays an important role in humoral immunity IFN-γ should take part in immune response of neonates with infectious pneumonia.
