摘要
目的 实验观察坚固内固定术中不同压力对下颌骨骨折早期愈合的影响。方法 成年家兔 2 5只 ,5只作正常对照 ,将 2 0只单侧下颌骨体部横行截骨后 ,随机分为A、B 2组 ,每组 10只 ,A组在下颌骨颊侧中点用 1个钛钣作内固定 ,B组在颊侧近牙槽嵴处和近下颌骨下缘用 2个钛钣行坚固内固定术 ,使 2组内固定对下颌骨骨折断端产生不同的轴向压力。术后 4周处死动物 ,取骨折愈合区的下颌骨行骨密度扫描 ,后切片作常规HE染色 ,光镜下观察骨折愈合情况。结果 不同压力下骨折区骨密度存在显著性差异 ,B组的骨折早期愈合情况优于A组。
Objective To observe the effect of different pressure in the operation mandibular of rigid fixation on mandibular fracture healing in rabbits. Methods The transverse osteotomy of single body of mandibular was performed in 20 mature rabbits. 10 of them were fixed in middle check of mandibular with a single titanium plate and the other 10 were fixed with two titanium plates: one was near the tooth and another was near the bottom of mandibular. 5 rabbits were used as control. The titanium plate could make different axis-pressure to mandibular fracture terminals. All the tested animals were killed 4 weeks later after osteotomy. The mandibular fracture terminals were scanned with the Bone Mine Density (BMD) and X-ray. Then the histology of fracture-healing process was observed with staining by light microscopy. Results The BMD of different mandibular existed obvious difference. The fracture healing in the rabbits with two titanium plates was better than those with one plate were. Conclusion Appropriate pressure was in favor of mandibular fracture healing.
