In order to build a well off society across the country,the essence is to persist in economic construction which is regarded as a core and to constantly liberate and develop social productive forces.However,the education contains special significance for economic building,constructing a well off society across the country,implementing three stop strategical target and realizing the great national rejuvenation.Therefore,implementing strategical status of developing education first is an inevitable road and a key for strengthening comprehensive national forces,dealing with international competition,promoting economic construction and building a well off society across the country.
