The Influence of Entering WTO on Engineering Costs in China and Its Countermeasures

随着我国加入WTO ,我国的工程造价管理面临着被纳入国际经济一体化系统 ,这必然会对我国的工程造价咨询机构和从业人员产生巨大的影响。围绕我国工程造价管理现存的问题及加入WTO后的影响 ,建议我国应尽快改革工程造价管理体制 ,更新工程造价管理思想、管理方法 ,提高工程造价人员素质 ,提高我国工程造价咨询机构的竞争力 ,在服务国内市场的同时 。

With the entry of WTO,the naional management of project cost will be bring into the international economic integration system.Therefore a great impact will be applied to the national consulting institutions of project cost and the personnel who work in this area.The paper deals with the existing issues in our project cost management and the impacts on it after the entry of WTO.At last a specific measure which is suitable to the situation of our country is put forward.These measures are:innovating the national management system of project cost;renovating the ideas and management arts;enhancing the personnel's diathesises and competitive ability of our consulting institutions on project cost as well as developing international markets.
