Thoroughly changing operating form of economic adjustment and control is an important promise for China entering WTO.Therefore we must correctly analyse the relationship between WTO and function transformation of government's economic management,understand the importance and necessity transforming function of economic management of government and put forward concrete countermeasures for government how to management function of economy.
