The Construction of Student Mass Organization and the Personality Education

个性化教育是马克思“人的发展”理论的基本要求,是创新教育的核心,体现了现代文明进步的要求。高校学生社团对大学生个性化教育起着重要的推动作用,现有的学生社团管理理念与管理机制上仍有一些阻碍学生个性化教育的因素。因此应该转变观念,调整社团组织管理体系,创新社团活动机制,为学生个性化教育创设良好的人文环境、内部环境和实践环境。

The personality education , the core of creative education, is the principal need for the theory of 'Man's Progress ' by Mark. It represents the need of modern civilization. Student mass organization in college play an important part in promoting student personality education. The present student mass organizations still have some hinders for student personality education in management ideas and systems. The present author thinks that people should change their ideas, justify the management systems of mass organizations, create the operating mechanisms to set up better inner, human and practical conditions for student personality education.
