摘要
行政补偿性质是行政补偿理论中的重要问题之一。通过综合分析国内行政法学界有关行政补偿性质的各种观点 ,我们可以将行政补偿性质界定为 :既是行政主体一种特殊行政责任 。
The nature of administrative compensation is one of important issues in the theory of administrative compensation.Through general analysis of some views of administrative compensation's nature in the administrative law world in China we can make a definition for the nature of administrative compersation:it is a special admininistrative responsibility of administrative main body and also a concrete administrative action of compensation of administrative main body.
