新的教育理念带来了中国基础教育的深刻变革,尤其是《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准(试验稿)》的颁布与实施对高等师范院校音乐教育专业的改革提出了更高、更迫切的要求,从这种新的教育理念出发探讨了高等师范院校音乐教育专业改革的现实困难并结合相关教学经验针对其症结提出改革的几点建议。

The new thoughts in the education circles, especially the issue and implement of The Music Curriculum Standard in Full-time Compulsory Education, bring forth the deep reform of the elementary education in China. It advances the higher and more urgent requirement for the reform of the major of music education in the normal university. Basis on the new thoughts, this essay probes into the possible difficulties of the reform.
