摘要
在自制的直链淀粉-三(苯基氨基甲酸酯)(ATPC)高效液相色谱手性固定相(HPLC-CSP)上,优化了手性四面体金属簇合物的手性分离条件,测定了不同合成条件下得到的手性四面体金属簇合物CoMo(Co)5C5H4C(O)CH3(μη2-HC CCH2OH)的对映体过量值(e.e)。结果表明:高效液相色谱手性固定相法是拆分这类化合物的一种理想方法。
The enantiomeric separation of chiral tetrahedrane-type metal cluster on the amylose tris (phenylcarbamate) chiral stationary phase prepared by us has been achieved. The influence of mobile phase modifier and of the structure of chiral tetrahedrane-type cluster on the chiral sparation and retention were investigated. The results suggest that the structure and concentration of alcohol in mobile phase have a pronounced effect on enantiometric separation and retention. Under optimum conditions, the enantiomer excess value of this compound, synthesized with different conditions, was determined by high performance liquid chromatography chiral stationary phase. The asymmetric catalytic capacity was confirmed. The results show that high performance liquid chromatography with chiral stationary phase is an ideal method for chiral separation of chiral tetrahedrane-type metal cluster.
