反相高效液相色谱法分离纯化α-鹅膏毒肽 被引量:6

摘要 用反相高效液相色谱法,以0.02 mol/L醋酸铵-乙腈为流动相的梯度洗脱模式,从灰花纹鹅膏菌中分离纯化出α-鹅膏毒肽,产量可达到每克蘑菇干子实体6556μg。产品纯度达99%以上,回收率为96%。给出了α-鹅膏毒肽定量分析的线性回归方程S=6634032C-54620。 α-Amanitin from Amanita juliginea is isolated and purified by using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography under the condition of 0.02 mol/L aqueous ammonium acetate-acetonitrile mobile phase with gradient elution mode. The yield of α-amanitin may reach 6556 μg/g( dry-weight) .The purities of the product are over 99% . The recovery of the product is over 96% . The linear regressive equation of quantitative analysis for α-amanitin is given.
