摘要
建立了一种灵敏、快速的反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱方法,用于同时测定复方茶碱片中7组分的含量。采用YWG C18柱,以甲醇一磷酸二氢钠为流动相,用二极管阵列检测器,检测波长为214 nm,15 min内即可将7种组分分离测定。该方法快速准确,线性范围广,用于实际样品的测定,结果满意。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) gradient elution method was proposed for the simultaneous determination of seven active ingredients in compound theophylline tablets. A YWG C-18 column and a binary mobile phase of methanol and sodium dihydrogen phosphate were used. A photo-diode array detector was used to detect the compositions with 214 ran as the detection wavelength. The whole process could be performed within 15 minutes. The proposed method was accurate and rapid with wide linear range and reliable results. It has been applied to assaying the real sample with satisfactory results.
