摘要
本文建立了CPT管壳有限元计算模型 ,以计算的机械应力和热应力为依据 ,分析了CPT管壳在排气炉内炸裂的原因 ,为合理制定在排气过程中升、降温工艺路线 。
The mechanical and thermo mechanical stress distributions of the color picture tubes (CPT) at room temperature and at elevated temperatures were simulated in finite element method to understand the reasons for CPT cracking in the evacuating furnace.The simulated results are of much technological interest in CPT design and in optimizing its out gassing process.
