维持电压脉宽和频率对AC-PDP放电特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为优化交流等离子体显示器的维持电压波形 ,采用静态测量法研究了维持电压脉宽和频率对着火电压、熄火电压、记忆余裕度、记忆系数等放电特性的影响。实验结果表明 ,当脉宽大于 2 μs时 ,随着脉宽和频率的增加 ,着火电压和熄火电压减小 ,记忆余裕度增大 ;当脉宽小于 2 μs时 ,熄火电压出现振荡现象 ;当脉宽小于 3μs时 ,记忆余裕度和记忆系数出现振荡现象 ,实际中不能用。当维持电压脉宽大于 4 μs时 ,记忆余裕和记忆系数受脉宽和频率的影响较小 ,比较稳定 ,而且着火电压也较低 。 Influence of sustaining pulse width and driving frequency on the discharge characteristics of alternating current plasma display panel (AC PDP) was studied through static electrical measurement to optimize the waveform of sustaining voltage.The experimental results show that when the pulse width is larger than 2 μs,the first on,last on first off and last off voltages decrease but the sustaining margin increases with the increase of both the pulse width and frequency,respectively.We also found that when the pulse width is less than 2 μs,the first off and last off voltages oscillate;when the pulse width is less than 3 μs,the oscillations of the sustaining margin and memory coefficient result in a serious problem in application;and only when the pulse width is larger than 4 μs,can the sustaining voltage margin and the memory coefficient be stable and less affected by pulse width and frequency.Besides,the firing voltage can also be fairly low.We propose that the sustaining pulse width should be larger than 4 μs in practical applications.
