STUDY ON PEAK LOAD, FREQUENCY AND TIE-LINE POWER FLOW REGULATION OF INTERCONNECTED POWER SYSTEM

摘要 互联电网的调峰调频和联络线控制的协调配合,对于互联电网的安全稳定运行和保证联络线电力电量合同的履行十分必要,但也有相当大的难度。文章对上述问题进行了分析,并提出了调控策略:联络线两侧电网对于自身负荷的高位陡升问题,都应采取“自筹攀峰响应能力与接受外部支援相结合”的方针。 It is necessary and rather difficult to realize the coordination of peak load, frequency and tie-line power flow regulation in interconnected power system to improve the secure and stable operation of interconnected power system and to ensure the performance of power and energy contract of tie-line. Here this problem is analyzed and the regulation strategy is proposed, that is, the power systems at the both sides of the tie-line must combine preparing the responsive ability for climbing peak with receiving, the support from other side of tie-line. It is important to create a loose circumstance for real-time key support from other side through tie-line.
