摘要
提出了一种建立在Internet广域网技术上的配电网地理信息系统(DGIS)的设计方案,分析了实现该系统的技术难点。DGIS具有空间数据和资料信息量大,管理查询功能复杂,系统开放性要求高,同配电管理系统(DMS)、SCADA系统结合紧密等特点。该设计方法采用合理的网络结构,通过使用数据分层下载、3层B/S结构及远程方法调用(Remate Method Invocation, RMI)等Web技术较好地实现了Web配电地理信息系统(DGIS)中传统配电地理信息系统的大多数功能,也体现了广域网高速开放的风格。Web DGIS具有信息发布、负荷统计、实时数据显示,空间测量、网上用户投诉和在线停电预告等功能,提高了系统的利用率。
A design method for Distribution Geographical Information System (DGIS) based on WAN is presented. The technical difficulty of implementing it on WAN is analyzed and its solution is proposed. The feature of DGIS is huge amount of space and information data, complicated function of management and query, the requirement of system openness and the tight combination with DMS and SCADA, etc. In this design method the rational network structure is adopted and using the techniques in Web, such as layering download of data, three layer B/S structure and remote method invocation (RMI), the functions in traditional DGIS is well implemented in the DGIS based on Web technique. Using the superiority of the network, the service functions including the automatic upgrade of the DGIS, networking complaint and on-line herald of power supply interruption are provided and the efficiency of the DGIS is improved.
