摘要
城镇土地定级是根据城镇土地经济和自然两方面的属性及其在城市社会经济活动中的地位和作用 ,综合评定土地质量、划分城镇土地等级、建立区域可比 .由于城镇土地是人类活动干预最为激烈的场所 ,影响土地系统的自然因素已大大弱于社会因素 .因此 ,侧重选取土地区位、城镇设施、环境状况、人口条件等基本的和重要的社会因素 。
On the basis of the town's land economy and nature, and its position and function in the city's economy activities, the grading of land in towns is to evaluate the quality of land, to grade the town's land and to make comparison among different regions. Human activities strongly affect the land of the town, therefore, the natural factors affecting the land is much less than that of the society. In grading the land, emphasis should be laid on the location of land, facilities of the town, environment, population and important social factors.
