摘要
氯化三乙基苄基铵 (BnEt3 NCl)为相转移催化剂 ,以苯为原料 ,H2 SO4,Na2 SO4为支持电解质 ,在铅基二氧化铅阳极上电化学氧化合成对苯醌 ,通过正交试验选择的最佳工艺条件是 :BnEt3 NCl浓度为 0 .1 %,苯为 1 6%或 4%,Na2 SO4为 2 %,温度为 40℃ ,电流密度为 2 .5A dm3 ,电流效率大于 38%,最大产率达 63%.
Using BnEt3NCl as phase transfer catalyst, 1,4 Benzoquinone was prepared by electrochemistry oxidation on PbO2 Pb base anode in solution containing H2SO4 and Na2SO4, as supporting electrolytes. The suitable conditions of using orthogonal experiment were BnEt3NCl 0.1%, benzene 16% and 4%, Na2SO4 2%, temperature 40oC and current density 2.5A/dm2. The current efficiency was greater than 38% and maximum yield was 63%.
