摘要
对501型氨气敏电极性能进行了测试,该电极对NH4+浓度在10-4~10-1mol/L范围内有较理想的能斯特响应,斜率为-54.05mV(19℃),稳定性与选择性较好。应用该电极测定了乳品中的总氮含量,精密度和准确度较理想,结果与蒸馏法基本吻合。
The performance of ammonia g as -sensing electrode was studied in the paper.The electrode exhibited Nernstian Response to NH 4+ with a slope of -54.0mV(19℃)over the concentration rang e 1.0×10 -4 ~1.0×10 -1 mol/L.The electrode showed hig h selectivity and stability.It has been used in the determination of total nitrog en in milk-product .The results were similar to those obtained by distillation method.
